Smoking and the use of any product containing, made or derived from tobacco, including e-cigarettes, cigars, little cigars, smokeless tobacco, and hookah, shall not be permitted on the premises of the child care center, in vehicles used to transport children, or during any off premise activities. In space #1, a roll of True Living trash bags and diapers stored in the plastic packaging were stored under the unlocked diaper changing table and accessible to children under three years of age. 0604(q) Plastic bags, materials that could be torn apart and toy parts small enough to be swallowed were accessible to children under three years of age. In space #1, two (2) electrical outlets were not covered with a safety plug on the wall beside the book shelf.
